By using Parse My App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Parse My App is a free, no-account tool that provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available app store reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. No registration, subscription, or payment is required to use the service.

Analyses are generated using your chosen AI provider — Groq (default, free), OpenAI, or Anthropic. Your settings and saved analyses are stored locally in your browser — we do not maintain a database of user data.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Parse My App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use automated scripts or bots to send bulk requests to our analysis endpoints
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our service infrastructure
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell raw review data fetched through our service as a commercial data product

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

You may optionally provide your own API key from Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic in Settings. If you do:

  • Your key is stored in your browser's localStorage and never persisted on our servers
  • Your key is transmitted to our server over HTTPS solely to authenticate each analysis request with the selected provider
  • You are responsible for your key's security and for any usage charges the provider may apply under your account
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your key if your device or browser is compromised

4. Review Data

All reviews analyzed by Parse My App are publicly available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not own or claim ownership of this user-generated content. Reviews are sampled and analyzed using AI models to generate insights.

You may use the analysis results for your own business purposes but may not resell or redistribute the raw review data as a commercial product.

5. AI Generated Content

Analysis results are generated by AI models via your selected provider (Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic). While we tune prompts for accuracy, AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Verify important insights before making critical business decisions based solely on our analysis.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parse My App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions made based on our analysis. Because the service is free and requires no account, our total liability to you for any claim is zero.

8. Your Data

All saved analyses, settings, and preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. We have no access to this data. To clear it, delete your saved analyses from the Saved page or clear your browser's local storage for this site.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of Parse My App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
