By using Parse My App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Parse My App provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available app store reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our service helps you understand user sentiment, identify pain points, and discover product opportunities.
2. Account Registration
You can create an account using Google OAuth or email-based magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer a subscription plan that includes 500 analyses per billing period. Subscription fees are billed monthly ($29/month, with a 7-day free trial) or annually ($199/year, saving 43%) through Lemon Squeezy.
- The 500 analysis limit is enforced per billing period (from your subscription start date, not calendar month)
- Your analysis limit resets at the start of each new billing cycle
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks resulting from a customer forgetting to cancel their subscription will not be processed. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@parsemyapp.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Parse My App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our service
- Use the service to harass, spam, or abuse others
- Share your account credentials with others
- Exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass usage restrictions
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Fair Usage Policy
Your subscription includes 500 analyses per billing period, which is designed for reasonable human usage. Our service is intended for legitimate business intelligence and product research.
To ensure fair access for all users and protect our AI infrastructure, we implement automated systems to detect and prevent abuse. These include:
- Monthly analysis limits (500 per billing period)
- Request throttling to prevent rapid-fire API usage
- Intelligent caching to reduce redundant analyses of popular apps
- Automated detection of bot activity and unusual usage patterns
Examples of reasonable usage within your 500 monthly limit:
- Analyzing your own app and competitors throughout the billing period
- Conducting market research across multiple app categories
- Periodic analysis to track sentiment changes over time
Examples of prohibited usage (which may result in account suspension):
- Using automated scripts or bots to perform bulk analyses
- Attempting to bypass monthly limits or throttling mechanisms
- Reselling analysis results as a commercial API or data product
- Sharing account credentials to allow multiple users to access a single subscription
We reserve the right to apply cooldown periods or suspend accounts that violate this Fair Usage Policy. If you need higher volume access beyond the 500 monthly limit, please contact us to discuss enterprise solutions.
8. Review Data
All reviews analyzed by Parse My App are publicly available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not own or claim ownership of this user-generated content. Reviews are sampled and analyzed using AI models to generate insights.
You may use the analysis results for your own business purposes but may not resell or redistribute the raw review data as a commercial product.
9. AI-Generated Content
Our analysis results are generated using AI models (Llama 4 Maverick for Standard insights, GPT-OSS-120B for Expert insights). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You should verify important insights before making critical business decisions based solely on our analysis.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Parse My App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our analysis.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your personal data, saved analyses, and usage records will be permanently removed from our database.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Parse My App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
